Deciding to write a blog to my massive 7 followers…

My name is Betsy Hart, my real name is actually Bethany but when i was younger my older brother couldn’t say Bethany.. But he started to say Betsy and then it just caught on… I hate the name Bethany. I am 16 and one of the youngest in my year. My parents haven’t been together for like 5 years. My mum is a single parent as my dad lives in the Middle East i miss him more than words could ever ever describe and i don’t see him very much but when i do it is super special! I am really looking forward to christmas as he comes home for a while!!

I have a boyfriend.. Toby. We have been going out for about a year and 4 months (16months) and he is my best friend. I went to Park House from year 7-11 and i am currently at St Barts for Sixth form. From about year 8 i had really bad acne up to about year 10. I was put on a very strong form of tablet called ‘roaccutane’ that can only be purchased from hospitals. I have been on it for a while now and i have seen a massive difference! i have no spots anymore just a few marks which i am looking forward to going after i finish this last box :) Roaccutane has a lot of side effects and i am lucky because i only got the few minor/common ones. I have/had to have lots of tests to make sure my body was fine during these tablets. Sounds a bit extreme? but you have no idea how life with acne effected me. Not sure why i am writing this blog? i just feel like telling those 7 followers about my life…

At school i am currently studying BTEC sport, Food Tech and PE. I dropped physoclogy as it was not for me. I have no idea what i want to do when i am older, thought i had my mind set on being a primary school teacher but i’m not sure now… I wish i knew exactly what i wanted to do but i don’t i am hoping something hits me. I really like PE the practical side and theory. I swim for Newbury District and i am really passionate about swimming it is the best sport ever.

What i look like? Medium height, brownish hair, blue eyes and an ugly face. I dont feel very pretty at all, and i never say that for attention. I just literally would love to be pretty. My figure is okay.. nothing special. I hate my theighs and like all girls i think my boobs could be bigger.. Its funny how much of pointless crap i can write but when it comes to homework i freeze and i just cant be bothered! My friend and i did a perm in June to my hair and it went so so so wrong so now i have weird fluffy hair when naturally it should be straight! So im looking forward to my hair being back to normal soon.

I have a job. I work at peacocks as a sales assistant, I love it there its awesome! My favorite meal is Sausage, Beans and Mash.

I think thats everything about my life.. actually i have 3 cats Joey, juno and ariel! i dont mind pets but when im older id rather not have any pets. Maybe a small dog.

I am a MASSIVE fan of Diana Vickers she is amazinggggggg! Shes tweeted me lots and ive seen her 7 times <3

So i guess i am a normal 16 year old.. i wonder if anyone will actually read this. Peace.

Hello everybody, this Wicked Wednesday I have an exciting announcement to make! Myself and the makeup brand ‘Collection 2000’ have teamed up and I am very proud to say that I am the face of their new capsule Autumn/Winter collection! It was an honour to be asked to be part of the campaign as I love my makeup and when I was growing up I used to wear a lot of Collection 2000 makeup. We got together, I explored the makeup and then chose some of my key products that I love and want to represent… Think amazing mascaras, smokey eyeshadows, false lashes, bright lipsticks, Christmas sparkle and more!

My capsule collection will be in stores soon (September 28^th), so I’m advising you to get yourself down to Boots or Superdrug and bag yourself some goodies from Collection 2000’s range! You’ll have the pleasure of seeing my face every time you pop in for a new lippy or eyeliner, what could be better.. ;)

Doing the campaign so far has been such great fun. I love the four key looks we have shot and I think you will all love them too! Here’s a sneak peek at a couple of photos from the shoot showing off the fab makeup ! To celebrate this announcement we’re gonna run a small competition today to win a bag full of Collection 2000 goodies.
